We especially want to highlight the comprehensive two-hour training session we received after the purchase. A very competent and excellent team; the two owners complement each other perfectly. Mike runs a barista school and roastery called BeanBusters, practically 200 meters away, and Tom handles professional machine sales at Bavarista. You're in good hands there, and the service is outstanding. I highly recommend getting advice and making your purchase there. You can definitely talk to them. It was a wonderful shopping experience, and I'd gladly do it again! And I drove 450 km each way from the Palatinate region, and it was well worth it. Stefan from the Palatinate

A super cool shop with expert, personal advice tailored to our needs. The training at the BeanBusters barista school with Mike is particularly noteworthy. They take ample time to address all of our questions and concerns. They cover not only the basics of coffee-making, but also information on maintenance and cleaning, as well as tips for latte art. Even novice baristas can enjoy their new machine from day one. Bavarista is available at any time and available to answer any questions. We're incredibly happy with our setup – we highly recommend it!

I was actually just there to look for a coffee grinder – but thanks to Tom's fantastic advice, I ended up leaving very happy with an espresso machine, grinder, and accessories. The consultation was not only extremely competent but also relaxed, funny, and full of practical tips. What was especially nice was that I never felt pressured to buy anything. Tom fully listened to my needs and explained everything clearly. The free initial demonstration was also excellent and made getting started much easier. A truly enjoyable shopping experience – highly recommended! 👍

Excellent advice from the two managing directors from the very first minute, right through to the detailed introduction to our new Rocket Giotto and the new Eureka Libra grinder! Without Tom's advice, we would have chosen a different machine, which we would have regretted very quickly! An accessory that wasn't in stock was subsequently delivered to our home so we could save ourselves the trip! That's the kind of service you hope for! 😊 The introduction took us almost two hours – it felt like Mike would have spent four hours with us if we'd had any more questions! This comprehensive introduction to our custom-built machine and grinder makes a barista course completely unnecessary (I speak from experience… 😉)

The consultation before our purchase was excellent and incredibly thorough. All our questions were answered expertly. Mike took a great deal of time to help us set up the espresso machine and the coffee grinder, and it was a lot of fun.
